Flirt! Cosmetics has released a new mascara, ‘It Curl’ and its exclusively available through Kohl’s department stores. The curl defining mascara is said to add volume and curl through its patent pending brush. The mascara retails for $14.99 and is available in stores and online through Kohl’s website and available in Bombshell Black, Bouffant Brown and Bronze Belle. Flirt! says that according to clinical testing, when using It Curl, lashes’ curl was increased by 144% immediately and volumized by 111%.
