Rimmel London, the world-renown British beauty company has signed Solange Knowles as one of three new beauty brand ambassadors in efforts to broaden their global market presence and diversify the stars of their cosmetic campaigns. Knowles, along with Zooey Deschanel and model Alejandra Ramos Munoz will each be the face of different collections and appear in print and TV campaigns. Solange’s campaign will debut in fall 2010. Why did Rimmel London choose the eclectic and funky mix of celebrities to represent their line?
“Zooey, Solange and Alejandra each bring a distinct look and personality to Rimmel London, expanding the brand’s visibility and strengthening Coty’s global color platform,” stated Bernd Beetz, Coty’s chief executive officer.

ReplyDeleteAre there any darker skinned faces of Rimmel? I ask because all of the three mentioned above are quite fair. What they wear wouldn't necessarily work with my complexion or darker.
