Crest and Oral-B have teamed up to makeover the mouths of America one smile at a time by promoting healthy oral hygiene. The Better Check-Ups Challenge was launched after poor adult dental hygiene statistics were released by totalbeauty.com. They issued a list of the 14 cities in the U.S. with the worst teeth, from which Crest and Oral-B selected six cities Miami, FL; Greensboro, NC; Atlanta GA, Las Vegas, NV; Albuquerque, NM; and Baton Rouge, LA. Of these six cities they selected one ambassador in each city who has agreed to a twice daily dental regime they designed, initial screening, 3-month visit and final check-up after six months. “Patients have started using the full line of Crest and Oral-B products and have seen improvement in the overall health of their teeth,” said Dr. Cesar R. Sabates, D.D.S., Coral Gables, Florida. The Better Check-Ups program encourages Americans to talk to their dentist, visit routinely and suggests using a full line-up of Crest Pro-Health products to improve oral health around the U.S.
