Today through March 26th, beauty industry elite will gather in NYC for the Organic Monitor- organized Sustainable Cosmetics Summit to discuss key issues in the beauty industry like sustainable packaging innovations, social media, sustainable brand development, green chemistry, ethical marketing challenges and partnerships. The 2-day, four session Summit is hosted internationally and strives to bring beauty stakeholders together to focus on the industry’s leading issue and encourage open dialogue in a forum setting. Attendees include cosmetic manufacturers, ingredient & raw material companies, retailers & distributors, packaging companies, academics & researchers and investors & financiers. The summit is hosted all over the world in various cities each year, in previous years the event has been held in New York, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Bologna, Hong Kong, Singapore, Munich and Nuremberg.
