Kim Kardashian’s Fragrance Logo in Legal Woes

What many thought was clever branding and marketing for Kim Kardashian’s debut fragrance line, which debuted nationwide in

Sephora this February may prove to be a legal headache for the model, reality star and entrepreneur. Her fragrance, titled the same as her namesake bears a double K logo on the perfume bottle. Korcula, a jewelry line, by creator Lindley Bertin also bears a double K logo and Bertin alleges the logo was used for Kim’s perfume without her permission. Bertin has sought legal representation by high-powered attorney David Boies to resolve the dispute.

Bertin told StyleList, “I am disappointed that someone would take something from me that I put so much time, energy, and money into creating.”
