Fashion maven Kate Spade and Poppy King have collaborated to bring makeup lovers the Supercalifragilipstick ($24) collection. Supercalifragilipstick will be available in Kate Spade stores nationwide and on the website in Fall 2011 and there is no word yet if Kate Spade plans to launch a full makeup line.
The collection, a hybrid of of lipstick and lipgloss is available in bright hues with creative names like Pop Art Pink, Fuchsia Fete, Bashful Blush, and Adventurous Red. The collection is said to include micro-fine pigments, shea butter, coconut oil, and antioxidants like Vitamin E.
“I absolutely love lipstick and never feel fully dressed until I’ve got mine on,” Kate Spade’s president and creative director Deborah Lloyd said in a release. “Poppy’s expertise mixed with the Kate Spade New York spirit and aesthetic equals a chic, wearable, and modern way to embrace lipstick. I am already stocking up because it’s the only one I want to wear!”
