Michael Kors Designer Makeup Debuts Jan. 31st

Can a man who is considered a fashion icon have a successful transition from fashion to beauty? Of course, he's already taken the beauty industry by storm with his sensational fragrances "Very Hollywood", "Michael Kors" and his "Destination" series of island-inspired scents. The tell-it-like-it-is Project Runway judge and world-renown designer of all things fabulous has proven he can truly marry fashion and beauty; birthing his latest entrepreneurial endeavor.

For those who simply adore Kors like myself you'll be elated to know his limited edition cosmetics line, Estée Lauder Michael Kors Very Hollywood Color Collection debuts January 31st and will be available at all major retail cosmetic counters. The collection is said to spotlight two different modern-classic color palettes: Rodeo Pink and Bel Air Beige. Each colour collection includes blusher ($58), duo eyeshadows ($65), eye pencils ($38), lip sheens ($44), lip gloss ($42) and nail lacquer ($40). Kors' cosmetic line is a collaboration between the Kors brand and Estée Lauder which resulted from a friendship with Kors and Estée Lauder Senior Vice President and Creative Director, Aerin Lauder.

Kors' "Very Hollywood" fragrance franchise has proven very successful. "Hollywood is the birthplace of fantasy and dreams. The inspiration for the Estée Lauder Michael Kors Very Hollywood Color Collection is iconic Hollywood glamour, both past and present, interpreted for everyday life," says Kors.
